187 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 187 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 187 platform ("We" or "187"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 187 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms contained in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 187 platform. Continued use following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The 187 platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years and above. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 187 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
All information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, and bank account details — must be accurate, current, and truthful. 187 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to validate this information.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. 187 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login information. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities carried out through their account comply with applicable laws.
- Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose that compromises the security of the platform or other users is strictly prohibited.
- Users may not use automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the 187 platform's systems.
Deposits, Withdrawals & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 187 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate and held in their own name. 187 does not accept deposits from third parties.
Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is subject to the limits set by your chosen payment method. Successful deposits will be credited to your account once payment confirmation is received by our system. 187 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the bank account registered and verified in the user's name. Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal can be approved. 187 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that appears suspicious or that violates the platform's terms of use.
Non-Reversible Transactions
Once a bet or transaction has been confirmed by the user, it cannot be cancelled or reversed except in cases of technical error acknowledged by 187. The final decision on any transaction dispute rests entirely at 187's discretion.
Limitation of Liability & Account Policies
187's Limitation of Liability
The 187 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or remain fully secure at all times. Under no circumstances shall 187's liability to any user exceed the account balance held at the time of the relevant incident.
187 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or lost profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
187 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time and without prior notice if:
- The user has violated any provision of these Terms.
- There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, misconduct, or illegal activity.
- The user has registered more than one account.
- Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
In the event of account closure due to fraud, any remaining balance may not be returned, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 187 platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 187 or parties that have licensed it to us. Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify any content without prior written permission from 187.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 187 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. 187 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies separately.
Changes to Terms
187 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the process established by 187, and users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
